DMCA / Copyright Infringement Policy

Based on CYBERFURZ LLC policy

The Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), including Title 17 U.S. Code section 512, sets out how online service providers must handle copyright infringement notices.

None of this material should be construed as legal advice. If you need legal guidance, contact a lawyer licensed in your jurisdiction.

Notification of copyright infringement

If you believe content on our services infringes your copyright, submit a notice by email to dmca@cyberfurz.org or by physical mail to:

CYBERFURZ LLC
1108 East Main St, Ste 906 #3268
Richmond, Virginia 23219, United States

Notices should include: your signature, identification of the copyrighted work, specific URL(s) of allegedly infringing material, contact information, a good-faith statement of unauthorized use, and a perjury statement that the notice is accurate and authorized.

Takedown process

Upon receiving a valid notice, we may disable access to allegedly infringing material and forward the notice to the account owner. Where media takedown is not possible, the related post may be removed.

Users receiving a notice may accept the allegation, decline it without filing a counter-notification, or file a counter-notification. Re-uploading content before process completion may lead to account restriction.

Counter-notification

A counter-notification under 17 U.S.C. section 512(g)(3) may be submitted if you believe content was removed due to mistake or misidentification.

Counter-notifications should include: your signature, relevant URL, a good-faith perjury statement, your name/address/phone, consent to proper court jurisdiction, and acceptance of service of process.

Filing a counter-notification may involve legal risk. Consider consulting qualified legal counsel first.

Restoration process

If a valid counter-notification is received, it is forwarded to the original notifier. If no court action is reported in the required window, access may be restored in accordance with statutory timelines.

Repeat offenders

Accounts of repeat copyright infringers may be disabled. We reserve discretion to define and enforce repeat offender handling and to address abuse of DMCA processes.
